To tip or not to tip?

NO TIPS!! Did you know in the United States, tipping became commonplace following the emmancipation of slaves as a way to compensate poor immigrants and former slaves in place of paying actual wages? Needless to say, as we become more aware of its origins, and with 20 years of experience where tip income is often more valuable than the average persons actual income, we decided to move away from this oppressive system!

What if I am running late/early for my appointment?

Running >30 Min Late: Due to our location all appointments have a cushion to allow for up to 30 minute late arrivals.

Running <30 Min Late: If you are running more than 30 minutes late, we will not be able to perform the entire service you were scheduled for.

Running Early: If you are running early, please take this opportunity to visit lovely shops on Main Street.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 48 hours without rescheduling your appointment your following visit will include a cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 48 hours and reschedule, your cancellation fee is waived.

Cancellation Fees | Haircut $25| Hair Color $50 |

If you do not show up for an appointment you will not be able to schedule another appointment. This policy is strictly enforced. 

Do I have to pay a deposit to book with you?

Yes, $25 for haircuts, $50 for color. This is applied to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling your deposit becomes your cancellation fee.

What are your preferred forms of payment?

We accept Apple Pay, Gpay, Cash App, and all major credit cards for preferred quick and contactless payment.

AfterPay now available, just download the app before your appointment, and pay in installments.

We are a cashless salon, if you pay in cash, we do not have change.
